Guide Review - Laptop Lifts
I received a package of Laptop Lifts for review and I am pleased with them. Each package contains six lifts – two long and four shorter ones. With the one package of Laptop Lifts, I was able to use three lifts on both of my laptops. I used one long one and two short ones for each.They apply easily and the most important point to remember is to avoid placing them near any bottom vents or on seams, you may need to access at some point. Using the three strips on each laptop provides enough elevation for airflow and doesn't make the laptop sit unbalanced. Before actually applying the strips - lay them out where you think you want them placed and then put your laptop on top of them to check for balance and stability.
The lifts are quite durable, they don’t lose shape even when I’ve been using my laptop for quite some time and they themselves don’t get warm from the heat generated by the laptop.
The Laptop Lifts are an economical solution for mobile professionals who want an easier method of ensuring their laptop is able to keep air flowing around it and keep their laptop off any potentially dirt work surfaces.
On occasions when I have a lot of documents and gear to pack it can be a little cumbersome to also pack a laptop stand. Using the Laptop Lifts makes it much easier as they provide enough elevation for the laptop to stay cool and clean.
