FlexJobs Top 100 Companies for Telecommuting JobsIt's no secret that some companies are more open to telecommuting than others. As someone who's worked from home for over a decade, I can say with certainty that this is the best position to be in. If you or someone you know is looking for a job where you can work from home as a salaried employee, these are the top employers for remote work job, according to FlexJobs.

FlexJobs, as you may already know, is a site that lists only flexible jobs--telecommuting/telework jobs and other kinds of virtual jobs. Though not free, the site is a helpful resource for not just parents looking for more flexibility, but also anyone who wants the better work-life balance, time savings, and increased productivity that come from working from home.

After analyzing their database of over 25,000 pre-screened and vetted remote work jobs, FlexJobs found the 100 top companies where you'll find remote work championed.

The top 10 are: Xerox, UnitedHealth Group, Dell, Aetna, American Express, First Data, Humana, Westat, K12, and ADP. Many of these are already in our Best Companies for Telecommuting list. It's no surprise that many of these companies are major corporations, which offer remote work options so they can attract and retain the best workers. Telecommuting is one of those benefits that really makes both employees and employers happier.

If your company is on this list, definitely look into telecommuting options. Or if you're looking for a work-from-home job--with the stability and benefits of a typical employee postiion--these are the companies to apply to.
