Great article, thanks!
- Thank you for this article, I am always looking for new ideas to improve netbook usage. I have been using a netbook as my primary computer for 8 months now, and my main issue has always been the small screen size. As I am a programmer, I have developed a solution to allow any application to go full screen. My application is called ScreenSpace: http://www.dandeware.com/products/. ScreenSpace really helps me in my everyday tasks, either work or entertainment, and my hope is that it will help other netbook users as well to take advantage of all their screen space. I also have a freeware version of it, called ScreenSpace Lite. If you have any feedback or ideas for improvement, I'd be more than happy to hear about it :)

- I bought a Toshiba NB305 barely two weeks ago and i made sure it was upgraded to 2gb for more RAM usage. I also installed Google Chrome instead of friefox for less RAM usage and less frills for the web surfing. I am in love with it... so far!! I keep checking on forums and websites for less RAM-clogging apps for my netbook and using DestroyTwitter for my daily tweets which is very good!!! I don't want to say too much... but I am lovin it!!!

Netbooks are great for work!
- I use mine, a Toshiba NB305, for writing all day. The keyboard is as good as all the reviews say but the trackpad is hard to get used to. For basic stuff like looking things up online or emailing, the netbooks is great. I haven't tried any serious work on the netbook yet, though.

- I have an Asus EEE PC that I use for my work which entails running a website and also providing customer service for a weightloss company. I needed to be able to access my site, email, twitter and facebook quickly and effectively when I am on the road for business, when I go into the office (I usually work from home), or even when I am out running errands. I could have gotten a fancy cell phone, but I chose the netbook because it is easier to use, has a larger screen, and is lightweight. I have been amazed at how much I use it at home too. It boots up so quickly that I use it for my first check-in on my site and email every morning or anytime I want to do a quick check in and I don't want to wait for the laptop to boot up. The battery life is also amazing - with no diminished in the quality of my screen lighting, I still get 5+ hours of work in unplugged.
