Free Service :
Two users are allowed with the Free service and you are limited to creating invoices and credit notes in DocumentsOnline. The other applications also have limited functionality compared to the Premium service. The Free service is a good option if you need the ability to share a schedule or contacts with a your boss or a co-worker but don't require document storage functions.
Premium Services :
If you require more than 2 users then the Premium service can be purchased. Subscription options are on a Monthly, 3 Month or 6 Month basis. More access and control are provided with the Premium Service. Pricing is available in Pounds Sterling, U.S. dollars and Euros. Use the appropriate monetary symbol to see the pricing for your country.
Applications Included:
The applications included are:
- CalendarOnline - create calendars for appointments and ensure that schedules for projects are managed. This can be integrated with Outlook.
- CashflowOnline - This program lets you keep care of the bookkeeping side and lets you create projections for planning purposes.
- ContactsOnline - This can be used with CalendarOnline for reminders and you can upload or download to other programs.
- DocumentsOnline - This program integrates with CalendarOnline and CashflowOnline. The free service is limited but the Premium services offers wide functionality.
- MarketingOnline - The module lets you reach potential customers by being incorporated into the Business IT Online system. Again the Premium service provides more exposure.
Just My Thoughts:
Business IT Online provides services which would be of value to those working for a small business who wants to make the most of a mobile work force, but don't have in their budget to purchase more expensive and potentially troublesome software programs.
Companies can more easily mobilize their workforces and take advantage of the products offered by Business IT Online but they can also reduce their expenses for consumables.
