The Bottom Line

The Fujitsu T4010 is a compact Tablet PC offering mobile professionals an excellent way to stay in touch and provide presentations from any location. The display can swivel 160 degrees which is ideal when you want to share information, but not access to the keyboard. With the ability to use pen input, it can be a great way to take notes on the fly and work more productively. Guide Review - Fujitsu T4010 Tablet PC

When I received the Fujitsu T4010 for review I was immediately impressed with the white coloured keyboard, I quite often work in low-light conditions and with the light from the display it was no problem to work without an external light source.

With a fully charged battery I was able to work for 4 hours before needing to recharge the battery. Even with using the Wi-Fi and various applications at the same time, didn't put a huge drain on the battery.

Using the included Microsoft OneNote software made it great for taking notes and keeping those notes organized. With the OneNote software using the pen option was just like writing on paper - just no messy piles to sort through later.

I'm particularly fond of using the pen input and find that the T4010 makes it very easy to use, even being left-handed. Using portrait mode was most comfortable and like writing on paper.

The display is very clear and bright, even when swiveling the display to share information, there was no distortion or colour change.

Optional features available are an external USB floppy drive, Bluetooth. The modular bay supports DVD, DVD/CD-RW combo, Multi-format DVD Writer and modular bay battery.

When your job relies on having the ability to take notes and you don't want to cart around paper files, a Tablet PC is a great solution and the Fujitsu T4010 provides you with strong battery life and a variety of connection options so that you can be connected no matter where you are working from.
