Guide Review - VTech VT2418 2.4 GHz Cordless Telephone

Using the VTech VT2418 2.4 GHz cordless telephone has made working in my home office much easier and more comfortable. I don't struggle to hold a phone with my shoulder nor am I tied down by the cords of the phone and trying to keep them out of the way.

I like that the VTech VT2418 2.4 GHz cordless telephone has 10 number speed dial and you can easily change amongst 30 different channels if the signal gets weak or there is too much noise. The 2.4 GHz has quite a strong signal and I can be quite a distance from the base station and still have clear conversations.

Using a headset was important and the VTech VT2418 has a belt clip included to keep the phone itself handy. I have found that depending on how quickly you move when sitting, or going from sitting to standing, you can knock the belt clip off. Make sure you have placed it securely before trying to move around too much.

Since I use a headset with my phone, another handy feature this cordless phone offers is that I can press any key to answer the phone. I don't have to worry about trying to hit the "Phone" button each time.

The layout of the keys make it simple to operate. The Phone, Redial and Off key are at the top of the handset and Programming keys are at the bottom. Volume controls for the handset are also at the bottom and come in quite handy - especially if the person you are talking to has background noise.

This phone will provide you with the features you need to work more productively in your home office.
