I keep hearing people talk of Crackberries and how they can’t live without them. What exactly is a Crackberry and where can I find one?
Answer:
Crackberry is a nickname for the RIM BlackBerry. This nickname was created to refer to the fact that many BlackBerry users find them so indispensable that they are addictive. The crack portion of the nickname refers to crack cocaine and of course the berry references the BlackBerry device itself.
You may see and hear the term CrackBerry used in the press, on a variety of television programs and of course by die-hard BlackBerry users.
