Just My Thoughts:
If I had to work outdoors in any weather conditions, I'd certainly want to have a fully rugged laptop. The Panasonic Toughbook 30 has new features which make it a wise choice for mobile professionals who get to enjoy the outdoors on a regular basis.
I like that Panasonic has incorporated the variety of connection options, which makes it easier to stay connected just about anywhere.
With all the fully rugged features on this laptop, I expected that it would weigh more than 8 pounds. While 8 pounds is a solid weight, you won't be carrying it over your shoulder all day. If you do need to carry this laptop frequently rather than moving in a vehicle; a laptop backpack would be your best bet for carrying it.
I am interested to learn of the experiences anyone has with this laptop and just how well the connections work and how smooth it is to get connected and stay connected.
