Guide Review - Sienna Messenger Style Laptop Bag
The Sienna laptop bag is a messenger style laptop bag, which is very comfortable to carry – even loaded to the max.
One feature, which was my least favourite, is the fastener on the main compartment. It’s a hook and loop fastener and I don’t really feel it’s the most secure fastener. Hook and look do tend to get dirty with lint picked up during use and the fibres can break down and lose their stickiness. I’d prefer to see a snap or buckle closure.
Adding a carrying handle to the top of the bag would also be a nice addition, as you want to have a way to quickly grab the laptop bag and swinging it by the shoulder strap isn’t the best idea.
The lack of a divider in the main section can pose a problem when you need to remove your laptop and then replace it. You’ll have to shift your other materials in order to keep things organized.
Keeping the Sienna clean may be an issue for some women, but as long as you wipe off any spills or dirt as soon as they happen, you shouldn’t have any problems. Some women may prefer to keep this laptop bag just for special occasions rather than using for everyday use.
My favourite feature of the Sienna laptop case is the shoulder strap. It’s adjustable and very well padded. The padding helps hold it in place on your shoulder and prevents the bag from wildly swinging back and forth when walking. The shoulder strap has strong metal fasteners to attach to the laptop bag and it’s not likely they will wear out.
