Guide Review - Xbrand Mobile Laptop Lap Desk
I found the Xbrand Mobile Laptop Lap Desk to be very sturdy and it handled the weight of my Compaq with no problem. I really like the fact it has a fold-out mouse pad which is easily used on the left or right side.
The mouse pad is just as sturdy as the rest of the Laptop Lap Desk and provides very good support when using a mouse. It doesnt tip away or flip backwards which was an initial concern of mine. Im happy to say I was proven wrong and happy with the strength of the mouse pad.
My laptop tends to run quite warm and gets warm quickly, but with the Laptop Lap Desk I didnt feel any heat build-up on my lap and was able to sit in my favourite comfortable position with no problems or difficulty balancing the laptop desk.
Even when shifting positions, I had no fear of my laptop falling off, as the non-slip, non-skid corner pads held my laptop in place and prevented it from moving.
The laptop desk is also has a curved shape which makes it more comfortable for sitting on your lap, no edges hitting you while you work.
The compact size is a plus both when packing it in your laptop case as it doesnt take up much room at all and you wont feel the weight.
This laptop lap desk is ideally suited for mobile professionals who work in areas where space is a premium, such as an airport waiting area and its small size helps you keep your display protected from prying eyes.
