Planning business trips can be a major hassle when you have to take time to ensure that you can be reached and that all the right people have your contact information. If traveling internationally, you'll also have to keep in mind time differences and that can make it harder for people to reach you. Guide Review - iareanet - iareaOffice

Iareanet is not another remote access software program for mobile professionals. It is a web-based system which enables you to access your email, faxes and voice messages in one place using the familiar interface of Microsoft Outlook.

Logging into the system can be accomplished from anywhere that you have Internet access. For those occasions when you don’t have Internet access but need to check messages, you can use your phone to check the messages that you have received so that you can act quickly if need be.

All emails, faxes and voice messages are routed through the Message system and you can easily view these items. You get details of the faxes and voice messages so that you know when they were sent and from whom.

iareanet can be used as the primary email program for all company and work related email which makes it nice that you won’t have to worry about archiving or backing up your email in case your hard drive fails. For mobile professionals this can be a huge bonus as you won’t have to worry about corporate information getting into the wrong hands if your laptop is lost or stolen.

One of the functions within iareaOffice that I found the most useful and beneficial was the ability to have messages be designated to a particular number. So rather than having phone messages being left all over the place, you can route your calls and determine where you will receive them.

iareanet is an easy to use program which makes it easy to stay in touch anywhere.
