Guide Review - Energizer® Energi To Go™ Instant Cell Phone Charger
Getting this ready to charge was quite simple although getting the batteries in their proper alignment was a bit of hit or miss. The diagram inside the casing to show which way the batteries should go is a bit tricky to see unless you have good lighting.
My phone was actually in need of charging when the Energi To Go™ Instant Cell Phone Charger arrived, so I plugged in and waited for it to charge. It actually took less time to get it to a full charge than using the electrical outlet charger. The charger does get a bit warm but it's nothing to cause concern. The LED will blink to indicate that the phone has been charged.
The Energi To Go™ is handy to have on hand for those occassions when you know that there will a drain on your cell battery because of the difficulty getting a good signal.
Energizer® do recommend using their brand of batteries of course to ensure that the charger works to its full potential but I'm sure that there would be no problems using other alkaline batteries if you had to.
This is a handy gadget to have and it wouldn't hurt to have even two. That way you can leave one in your laptop bag and keep another in your vehicle. Don't leave the batteries in it for long periods of time without using the charger though.
If you've experienced losing your cell phone battery power in the past and don't want to have that happen again, I do recommend having at least one of these with your other essential mobile accessories.
