What is an Internet Workstation?

Definition: Internet workstations are usually found in airports. They are a private office area for mobile professionals that enable them to charge latptop batteries, connect to the Internet, print and fax documents in a private and secure setting. Quite often, there is a laptop available that can be used for a fee. The costs to use an Internet workstation usually includes domestic long distance calls, printing and faxing. Internet connection charges are extra.
Examples: Using an Internet workstation in the airport, I was able to fax my proposal to the client for review.
