- Lower threat of virus attacks
Cons
- If bought on a company-wide basis, must determine if they will purchase Palm OS based PDA's or Windows OS PDA's
- Software included is not always compatible with other software used by an organization
- Small viewing area can make reading long pieces of information tiresome
