When I'm using Wi-Fi in a hot spot such as a coffee shop or book store, will there be any technical support available if I have problems? What can I do if I have problems?
Answer: You won't get technical support from the staff in a public hot spot. Their job is not being a Wi-Fi technician. You can ask for an instructional guide which they may have. When you purchase your mobile gear read any User Guides and make notes of the toll free numbers.
