Looking for a Laptop Harness

A visitor to the site is looking for a laptop/Tablet PC harness which can be used to support his laptop while leaving his hands free. If anyone has seen one of these or knows of a manufacturer please email me with the details.
I have seen such a harness worn by the people who check prices in grocery stores and I'll keep my eye for out for it, but in the meantime if anyone else has ideas please share them!

Toshiba also makes one called “Toshiba user harness for fieldmate”. If you go to toshiba’s website, you can find it there. Cheaper than the standalone, but also looks like it is made a little differently.
