I paid for a year when my computer died. Having backed up my files on Spare Backup, I had hoped to get my files. Instead, they claimed that they have tried twice to rebuild a cache file-and they have failed. 96 hours since my complaint and four phone calls, still no files. Ran, not walk, away from this product.
